Install Eve Online killboard

Along with Eve overview settings we have had many request about Eve Online killboard installation tutorial. I set it to be under the section with advanced tutorials, but if you have common computer knowledge and fallow the steps as well with the applied helping tutorials – this will be enough to have installed EVE killboard in approximately 30 minutes.
Since I will walk you through the steps of EVE Killboard installation here, it is good idea to start with Eve killboard source files and hosting requirements where you will find pre-setup directions about from where to download the KB files, whether you have compatible hosting, etc.
I presume you have read it already and you have the killboard source, so let’s start.

If you are aware how to upload and extract the source on the server side, just do it and scroll down two steps.
Otherwise extract the killboard files locally.

How to import overview settings in EVE Online

Recently CCP – the developers of Eve Online along with many other changes that came with one of the latest patches, supplemented an option to import / export your overview settings in-game.

It is very useful as now fleet commanders and buddies can provide already set up settings, so you can fly and see same things in the overview.
Also you can share your settings to other players if you have something to share as setup with few easy steps.

Import and export options can be found when you click on the small white triangle at your overview tab.

Manage EVE Online overview tabs

This tutorial will show you how to manage your Overview tabs in Eve Online. Solely this tutorial cannot provide much information as it is a completion of previous Overview and Brackets settings. For example if you have PVP Overview settings and Fleet PVP brackets, you can continue and create Overview tab. Otherwise you simply cannot continue.

So, I presume you have set up already an EVE Online Overview and Brackets settings and you want to combine them into an Overview tab.

In the same section of our site you will find also ‘ratting’, ‘mining’, ‘travel’ and ‘friendly’ overviews which you can separate as tabs in order to have appropriate EVE overview depending on your needs.
