How to import overview settings in EVE Online

The mining is one of the most used ways to earn ISK (Eve Online money) in this popular MMP (Massive MultiPlayer) game.

In order to do that, you will need correct overview settings for mining.

Directly to the point:

Open your Overview settings with right click at the white triangle at your overview pane.

Once the overview configuration window is opened go to ‘Filters – Types ‘ and choose Asteroid.

You can choose all of them, but if you are starter the two asteroid options which are not selected are not so important in a first place.

You can check the whole ‘Entity’ filter, but believe me you do not need all of them.

For ‘NPC’ leave only those you need protections from. The selected will be met on belts and mining missions.

In ‘Ships’ select all. Mining is rather lonely job, but you will need to know when someone else is ‘killing’ your rocks.

Check ‘stations’, when you are mining, they will appear at the bottom of your list. For fast run, or just when your cargo and container is full.

The control tower shall be always visible, since you need to landmark when you are close to it and need approach.

These overview settings are enough to do you Eve Online mining job. The rest filers depends on where are you located – in systems with low security status, Empire or 0.0. Better check them all as on the belt or at the mission if you see enemy could be for the last time with the ship you are in.
